This Fall I hosted a little gathering at my home in Nashville where we sipped, snacked, and designed from the garden. Sharing our space is important for both my husband and myself so we thought we’d try a new format for a floral design class. I’m far from a professional flower grower/farmer, but I do enjoy experimenting in our garden to see what I can grow and keep alive. Guests took the first bit of the class wandering the garden and snipping some stems that they wanted for their own arrangements. Though Fall in Nashville this year was slightly warmer than normal, it was a great morning spent with some lovely ladies creating some beauty to bring back to their own homes!
