In May. we attended a beautiful workshop put on by The Farmer’s Florist with Jenn Sanchez in Nashville, TN. The first day was focused on gaining knowledge of how to grow your own blooms, harvesting grown and foraged materials, and putting together a small bouquet for market. Day two started with foraging for materials to be used in designs, then hands-on instruction from Jenn on centerpiece design, and preparing an installation and table settings for a dreamy meal to conclude the workshop. We left inspired to continue attempting to grow a tiny portion of our own flowers used in our designs and thankful to have been able to learn from such talented ladies.
